RNAseq for mycobacterium

According to the RNAseq data of intracellular and extracellular bacteria after M. TB 1458 and BCG infect macrophages, this study discusses the role of Mycobacterium ncRNA in affecting its infection process and the difference of ncRNA expression and regulation ability between strong and weak strains, so as to provide a new direction for further understanding the survival, infection and pathogenesis of Mycobacterium, It will further provide molecular targets for the development of anti tuberculosis drugs and vaccine diagnostic preparations, and provide important technical reserves for tuberculosis prevention and control.
