Orthoparalogs and paralogs of WGD1

Orthoparalogs of WGD1 used in this study. It is a list of all genes that have WGD1 paralogs (within each species) and orthologs across all species - P. tetraurelia, P. biaurelia, P. sexaurelia, and P. caudatum.

These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication".
