Twistor-Expander Graph Correspondence in EBIKK-β Gravity: Spectral Analysis and Gravitational Wave Implications

We establish an explicit mapping between the twistor-cell network microstructure of black holes in Twistor-EBIKK-β gravity and expander graphs. For Planck-scale cells (ℓcell ≈ 1.6×10−35 m), we demonstrate that the spinorial flux network forms a d-regular expander graph with spectral gap γ ≥ 0.2. The graph eigenfrequencies ωn ∝ √ d − λn predict discrete gravitational wave (GW) modes at fn ≈ n×10−4 Hz for 1011 kg remnants.Nonlinear β-corrections introduce phase modifications ∆ψ ∼ βf 4 that become detectable for β > 10−80 m4.
