Core Collection of Japanese Rice Landraces (JRC) consists of 50 accessions and is resequenced by using the NGS technology. Mapping of the NGS reads to the Nipponbare reference genome is performed for the development of GWAS system with JRC and another core collection, WRC. In addition, mapped information is also used for TASUKE system to visualize the haplotypes of each gene among this population.
