Kazakhstan public-procurement supplier panel, 2021–2026

A de-identified, harmonised supplier-level panel of every bid, contract, and lot processed by Kazakhstan's national e-procurement portal (goszakup.gov.kz) between 1 January 2021 and 30 April 2026. The archive contains four primary tables — a bid panel (40,627,979 rows, one row per supplier–lot application), a contract panel (9,400,830 rows, one row per signed contract), a lot panel (10,209,315 rows, one row per advertised lot), and a supplier index (151,374 suppliers with at least five bids in the window) — together with 16 decoded reference (lookup) tables that translate every coded field from the source platform into English labels. Direct identifiers (supplier tax id, customer organisation id, contract number, agreement id) are SHA-256 hashed with a project salt and truncated to 16 hex characters; the hash is stable across panels so joins are preserved, but actors cannot be re-identified from the released data alone. The dataset spans the January 2025 procurement reform (revised dumping threshold, expanded use of the rating-based mechanism) and covers three procurement methods used on the platform: open competition (method 2), price-quotation auctions (method 3), and the rating system introduced in 2022 (method 188).
