Transcriptome of trans-differentiating epidermal transfer cells of Vicia faba cotyledons. RNAseq of V.faba transcroptome

For the reference library the RNA from epidermal peels from freshly harvested cotyledons of Vicia faba and cotyledons cultured for 1 and 3 h (dominated by expression of genes regulating uniform wall formation), 6 and 9 h (dominated by expression of genes regulating deposition of wall ingrowths as uniform wall formation ceased).
