This is a zipped folder containing the following items: 1) alignments of Cladonia nrITS sequences used in Bayesian Inference (BI), maximum likelihood (ML), and maximum parsimony (MP) analyses in this study; 2) alignment of nrITS sequences of Lecanora cinereofusca s.l. used for examination of genetic distance; 3) alignments of mtSSU sequences of Lecanoraceae illustrating the monophyly and phylogenetic placement of Lecanora cinereofusca s.l. used in in Bayesian Inference (BI) and maximum likelihood (ML) analyses in this study.
