资源简介:
Cranberry fruit rot (CFR) is a disease complex caused by different fungal pathogens affecting the American cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon). Fruit rot symptoms can appear in field or storage conditions by engendering softening and deterioration of the fruit. They result in significant crop and economic losses. Between 10 and 15 fungal species belonging mainly to ascomycetes are known to cause CFR diseases. This project will allow to provide reference genomes of the 12 main CFR pathogens present in North America.
