Comparison of gene expressions involved in tail reduction among 4 species of amniotes

This study used 4 species of amnioates [chicken (Gallus gallus)/ mouse (Mus Musculus)/ Chinese hamster (Cricetulus griseus)/ Campbell's hamster (Phodopus campbelli)]. Total RNA was extracted from their embryonic tails at different developmental stages, and the gene expressions were compared.
