Detection of N2O in the Xuerong Zangbo River on the Qinghai - Tibet Plateau

Physical-chemical parameters and biological factors of river water and sediment from the Xuerong Zangbo River in summer (July 2023) and winter (January 2024). These data are compiled in the file titled Xuerong Zangbo River.docx. Additionally, the microbial OTU table of river sediment is uploaded in the file otu.xls.
River water parameters: Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Temperature, Flow Velocity, Wind Speed, pH, Nitrous Oxide (N₂O), N₂O Emission Rate, Nitrate Nitrogen (NO₃⁻-N), Chloride Ion (Cl⁻), Sulfate Ion (SO₄²⁻), Calcium Ion (Ca²⁺).
Sediment parameters: Total Nitrogen (TN), Soil Organic Carbon (SOC), Ammonium Nitrogen (NH₄⁺-N), Nitrate Nitrogen (NO₃⁻-N), Abundances of N₂O-associated functional genes (including amoA-AOA, amoA-AOB, nirS, nirK, nosZ), and Denitrification Rate.
