We attempted to identify the miR-375-3p target genes using a microarray analysis to evaluate the function and transfection efficiency of miR-375-3p mimic. Overall design: MicroRNA (miR)-375 was identified and function analyzed as lymph node metastasis (LNM)-related microRNAs in OSCC. By miRNA microarrays of early OSCC tissues (T1-2) in tumor part compared to adjacent normal part, miR-375 was a significant decrease in expression level with LNM cases. In thi study, we performed a functional analysis of miR-375 and search the target genes in OSCC cells.
