This dataset contains chlorophyll index measuring with Konica-Minolta SPAD 502, leaf discoloration and leaf fall of tree crown observation from 2017-09-21 to 2017-12-05 on four fruit species and four forest species. For each species, two datasets were made (Spad and tree). “Spad” one was Chlorophyll index and “Tree” one was Leaf discoloration and leaf fall. Measuring were performed in Arboricultural Experimental facility in Toulenne, Gironde, France. Monitoring data from the INRAE CLIMATIK platform (https://intranet.inrae.fr/climatik/ , in French) managed by the AgroClim laboratory of Avignon, France.
