Microbe samples from Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum isolated in Tanzania

Prof. Tiffany Lowe-Power (UC Davis) has gathered this Ralstonia isolate collection from colleague Sally Miller (Ohio State University). Strains were isolated by Hellen Kanyagha (Ohio State University) in 2019 in the Tanga, Mbeya, Iringa, or Morogoro regions of Tanzania. Hosts were tomato or pepper. Sequencing, assembly, and analysis of these strains aid in better understanding of the genetic diversity of Ralstonia.
