Genome annotation of <i>Pseudoregma bambucicola</i>

The <i>Pseudoregma bambucicola</i> is a common social aphid in subtropical areas. It can live parthenogenetically on bamboo shoots or stems throughout the year in most of its distribution areas, producing morphologically and behaviorally specialized first-instar soldiers and normal nymphs. Genome sequencing and assembly of this species will provide a valuable data resource for exploring the molecular basis of aphid sociality.
