This dataset focuses on the modeling and optimization of the relationship between operating parameters and production indicators for mineral processing technologies, including flotation, magnetic separation, gravity separation and other processes, covering various ore types such as copper, iron, lithium and phosphorus. The dataset includes process and feed conditions (raw ore grade, pulp density, throughput), operating parameters (reagent dosage, pH, aeration rate, magnetic field strength, grinding fineness, etc.), product quality indicators (concentrate grade, recovery rate, tailings grade, output) and economic indicators (cost, energy consumption). It is applicable to scenarios such as production indicator prediction, operating parameter optimization, multi-objective optimization algorithm evaluation, robustness research against feed fluctuations, and mineral processing digital twin applications.
