Dear jury members,
you will find here the different raw data files used for my RNAseq analysis.
-Files S1, S3 and S5 contain the non-normalized counts (at 37°C, 27°C and for the TEs at 27°C and 37°C respectively). Those files can be directly uploaded using the DIANE software (https://diane.bpmp.inrae.fr/) to explore the datasets (I did tmm normalization and <100 lowcount filtering with a seed parameter of 240).
-Files S2, S4 and S6 contain the DEGs lists (hda6-6 vs col-0) for each timepoint (I chose a FC >1 with an FDR <0.01).
