Variants identified during serial passage of VIC11pTRIG and OH/04p in primary swine tracheal epithelial cells (pSTECs). Nucleotide mutations present in ≥2% of variant viruses are shown. All mutations were confirmed by NGS or Sanger sequencing. P1-P8 represent passages 1 to 8. Numbers between parenthesis represent frequency of detection by NGS. Samples sequence by Sanger show consensus changes. Changes in bold represent significant mutations (>50%).
