Mouse and rat embryonic stem cell (ESC) transcriptome were compared by RNA-seq using two different lines of mouse and rat ESC, in biological triplicates. The effect of stable Nanog overexpression on the rat ESC transcriptome was then assess using two different Nanog clones and two control clones, again in biological triplicates, using a mono-allelic Rex1-GFP knock-in ESC line.
