The data includes the equilibrium calculations and the phase diagrams done during the investigation of the impact of the Si content in FeSi system. Different percentages of Si in FeSi alloy leads to the formation of different phases. The equilibrium calculations were done using Factsage 8.3. The alloys of certain composition were cooled from an initial temperature of 1500 C to a temperature of 50 C. Phase diagrams were calculated using the phase diagram module of Factsage.
