These data accompany the paper titled "New surface composition and temperature maps of Pluto from New Horizons LEISA data." The dataset contains the derived material distributions, along with the supplementary data utilized during the analysis. 'Map fits.rar' - An archive containing map projections of the LEISA FITS data. Each LEISA measurement folder contains the following five FITS files: 'map_IF.fits' - Map of measured radiance factor (I/F) 'map_IF_err.fits' - Map of measurement errors 'map_emission.fits' - Map of the emission angles. 'map_incidence.fits' - Map of the incidence angles. 'map_phase.fits' - Map of the phase angles. Note: The maps within 'Map fits.rar' are provided for each LEISA spectral band. The corresponding wavelengths for these bands are listed in 'bands.fits'. 'Data fits.rar' - An archive containing the corrected LEISA radiometric data (measurements provided in units of erg/s/cm^2/A/str). This archive is supplemented by a new flat-field correction, which is available in 'flat_field_corr.fits' The dataset also includes FITS files containing the calculated physical parameters (ice distributions, particle diameters, CH$_4$ solubility in N$_2$, and temperature). Additionally, the Scale ($S_j$) and Offset ($O_j$) parameters discussed in the paper are provided for each of the five LEISA datasets based on different fitting approaches: 'params_ls.fits' and 'params_ls_errors.fits':Calculated parameters and their associated errors derived using the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm with least-squares minimization. The corresponding $S_j$ and $O_j$ values are located in SO_ls.fits. 'params_x2.fits' and 'params_x2_errors.fits':Calculated parameters and their associated errors derived using the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm with $\chi^2$ minimization. The corresponding $S_j$ and $O_j$ values are located in SO_x2.fits. 'params_ls_k1e-9.fits' and 'params_ls_k1e-9_errors.fits':Parameters and errors derived via least-squares minimization, assuming the imaginary part of the refractive index of N$_2$ for wavelengths $\lambda < 2.1\ \mu\text{m}$ is constant at $k = 10^{-9}$. The corresponding $S_j$ and $O_j$ values are located in SO_ls_k1e-9.fits. 'params_ls_kmin.fits' and 'params_ls_kmin_errors.fits':Parameters and errors derived via least-squares minimization, where the imaginary part of the N$_2$ refractive index for $\lambda < 2.1\ \mu\text{m}$ is defined as $k = k(\lambda_0)$, where $\lambda_0 = \min\{\lambda : k(\lambda) > 0\}$. The corresponding $S_j$ and $O_j$ values are located in SO_ls_kmin.fits.
