RNA-seq of the 4 eosinophil maturation stages in the murine bone marrow during Interleukin-33 induced eosinophilia combined with Anti-IL5 or Control isotype injections. Overall design: The 4 stages of eosinophil maturation (from I to IV) were sorted via FACS from the bone marrow of mice after IL-33 induced eosinophilia with additional treatment with Anti-IL5 or Control isotype.
