Sci_O-RAN R03 Runtime PRB Actuation Dataset: Actuation Gate Evidence and Native gNB Telemetry

This dataset contains the experimental evidence, native gNB telemetry, derived results, metadata, provenance records, and archival information from the Sci_O-RAN R03 runtime downlink Physical Resource Block (PRB) actuation experiment. The experiment validated a runtime control chain from the control command through acknowledgement and applied-state readback to the measurable response of the 5G radio access network: u_cmd → u_ack → u_applied/readback → plant response → native gNB telemetry. The final experimental classification was ACTUATION_GATE=PASS. The testbed used 52 physical PRBs. A requested maximum allocation ratio of 25% resulted in an applied limit of 13 PRBs. Before actuation, the receiver throughput was approximately 17.8 Mbit/s with 0% packet loss and a maximum downlink NewTx grant of 48 PRBs. After actuation, the receiver throughput decreased to 7.01 Mbit/s, the maximum NewTx grant was limited to 13 PRBs with zero violations above this limit, and the mean downlink buffer occupancy increased from 45,396.31 to 3,978,307.50, corresponding to a post/pre ratio of 87.6350. Native gNB telemetry is the primary telemetry source for this release. E2SM-KPM was disabled during the R03 experiment; therefore, KPM validation was not performed for this dataset. The accepted scientific payload contains 29 raw artefacts and 6 derived artefacts, for a total of 35 accepted scientific artefacts and 37,278,831 bytes. Additional metadata and provenance records are included, while rejected evidence from an unsuccessful preliminary measurement attempt is retained separately and is not classified as accepted scientific payload. The release package includes the dataset metadata, schema definitions, processing provenance, software reference information, README, data license, release manifest, and SHA-256 checksums.
