Transcriptome of two class pear(stonecell-high and stonecell-low)

We mixed pear varieties high in stone cells, extracted RNA from them and sequenced the transcriptome. We also mixed pear varieties with low stone cell content and conducted transcriptome sequencing.The mixed sample consists of three sites and three periods.
