Purpose: Understand gene transcriptional changes in kidney cell populations after ischemia-reperfusion injury and after treatment with either a neutralizing mAb to the G-CSFR or a neutralizing mAb to C5. Overall design: Renal RNA profiles comparing sham operated mice (n=3) to mice with ischemia-reperfusion injury treated with either isotype control mAb (n=3), anti-G-CSFR mAb (n=3) or anti-C5 mAb (n=3).
