DATA FORMAT AND GRANULARITY
Data is provided for projects and sites within the PJM region in our database.
The data set includes three CSV files.
1) The first file contains site-specific metadata about each project in the region such as name, location, and capacity.
2) The second file provides a 10-day energy forecast (168 hours) in 1-hour intervals for each site in the region and a forecast for the PJM region as a whole.
3) The third file contains the estimated actual power output from each site and for the region as a whole over the last 2 days in 60-minute intervals.
SOURCES
The total actual power for the region comes from PJM. The estimated actual power for each site in the region and the 7-day energy forecasts are produced using Vaisala's proprietary blend of numerical weather prediction trained models, statistical data modeling, and sophisticated machine-learning algorithms. Wind energy estimates and forecasts combine the actual operating characteristics of each project with the most advanced weather forecasts available.

## 数据格式与粒度
本数据集覆盖我们数据库中PJM区域内的所有项目与场站。
数据集包含三个逗号分隔值(Comma-Separated Values, CSV)文件。
1) 第一个文件包含该区域内各项目的场站级元数据,例如项目名称、地理位置与装机容量。
2) 第二个文件为该区域内每个场站提供10天(共168小时)的能源预测数据,时间分辨率为1小时,同时包含PJM区域整体的预测数据。
3) 第三个文件包含近两日各场站以及PJM区域整体的估算实际出力数据,时间分辨率为60分钟。
## 数据来源
区域整体实际总出力数据来源于PJM。本区域内各场站的估算实际出力数据与7天能源预测数据,均采用维萨拉专有技术组合生成,该组合融合了经过训练的数值天气预报模型、统计数据建模方法以及先进的机器学习算法。风电出力估算与预测则将每个项目的实际运行特性与当前最先进的气象预报数据相结合。
