Expression data of the human colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 in response to MS-275 and hydroxyurea treatment

MS-275 and hydroxyurea treatment influences whole gene expression including DNA damage response and cell cycle checkpoint signaling. We used microarray to gain detailed insight into the expression of relevant proteins regulating cell cycle checkpoint signaling. HCT116 cells were treated with MS-275 and/or hydroxyurea and subjected to RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
