UHN Cescon Lab Breast Cancer PDX Drug-Response Dataset (XevaSet)

This dataset provides curated drug-response data from patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of breast cancer, generated by the Cescon Lab (University Health Network, Toronto) The data have been processed into a standardized XevaSet object (R/Bioconductor Xeva package). The pipeline scans and validates raw drug-screen records, harmonizes model/drug identifiers, computes tumor-growth response statistics (TGI, mRECIST, linear mixed-effects models), and links each PDX drug experiment to matched molecular profiles (RNA-seq, mutation, copy-number). Contents UHN_Cescon_Breast_DrugResponse_2025_v1.rds — the complete XevaSet object, directly loadable in R with readRDS() and the Xeva package for downstream analysis (modelInfo(), getExperiment(), summarizeResponse(), plotPDX(), etc.).
