PVRL2 suppresses anti-tumor immunity through PVRIG- and TIGIT-independent pathways

Here, we share discovery proteomics data associated with a larger study to expose new immunoregulatory mechanisms in cancer. PVRL2 was identified in both tumor cells and exosomes, and the role of this surface protein in the immune response to cancer was explored in further studies.
