The aim of this project is to describe the genetic relatedness of strains of ESBL-E carried by neonates at compared to Enterobacteriaceae causing neonatal invasive disease. This will help us to formulate strategies to prevent transmission of multi-drug resistant organisms in the hospital. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
