Resource Protection Area

This data set is an estimate of Resource Protection Area (RPA) extents within Henrico County. These boundaries are intended to aid in planning studies. They are not intended to furnish measurements accurate enough for engineering design work, or to make regulatory or property boundary calls. Where the applicant has provided a site-specific delineation of the RPA and RMA, the county engineer will verify the accuracy of the boundary delineation. In determining the site-specific RPA or RMA boundaries the county engineer may render adjustments to the applicant's delineation, in accordance with the criteria for the resource protection area and the resource management area. Neither Henrico County, nor Stantec, Inc. assumes liability for misuse of the data. Data should be used at the scale for which they were intended. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made by the county nor Stantec regarding the utility of the data on any other system, nor shall the act of distribution constitute such warranty.
