Multi-omics data of the BXD mice cecum and feces

We generated the BXD mice cecal tissue transcriptome data, feces metatranscriptome data and metagenome data to studying how changes in the microbiome as a consequence of diet, exercise, and host genotype lead to systemic effects on whole-organism gene expression and health.
