During my master thesis I performed a homologous sequence search of <em>Sulfolobus</em> spindle-shaped virus 1 DNA-binding proteins F93, F112, B129 and B115. Methodologies used were AlphaFold and hidden Markov models (HHMs), as well as others. This file contains raw en edited data from the HMMs, as well as the predicted structures from proteins found through the HMMs. This research was part of the bio2byte research group (VUB-ULB) and MICR research group (VUB).
