Anagrus nilaparvatae, a representative specie of Mymaridae, is ideal for controlling rice planthopper due to its high rate of parasitism. This project sequenced and assembled the genome of A. nilaparvatae using both SMRT and Illumina sequencing. The high-quality genome assembly can be used for phylogenomic, evolutionary and functional studies on insect species.
