European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecast Sea Surface Parameters (ECWMF-SST)

European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecast (ECMWF)'s Sea surface temperature datsets have modelled sea surface temperature charts, sea surface temperature anomany charts (comparing actuals with long ter average of 40 years) and sea-ice fraction charts. Sea (or lake) surface temperature charts show surface temperature (in ºC). The temperatures are coloured according to the lower scale which covers the range 36°C to -2°C by 2°C intervals. Sea temperature values are shown only where the current sea ice fraction is <50%. Sea ice fraction Colour shading shows the sea ice fraction (%) and is shown where >50%.
