Low energy metabolism protects leukemia stem cells from chemotherapy and immunosurveillance via a SHP-1-PFKP axis

To explore the effect of Shp-1 deletion on single-cell resolution, we profiled Shp-1f/f and Shp-1?/? AML cells from the BM of MLL-AF9 mice with or without chemotherapy using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Overall design: Primary bone marrow cells were collected from ML-AF9 mice and were examined under a microscope and counted using a hemocytometer.
