Data for "Exploring Antarctic feedback mechanisms using two-way coupled subglacial hydrology and ice flow modeling in the Siple Coast"

This dataset contains ISSM models to be in "Exploring Antarctic feedback mechanisms using two-way coupled subglacial hydrology and ice flow modeling in the Siple Coast," and some scripts for running these models and models used in the initialization procedure. ISSM must be downloaded to view these models. Model outputs are in md.results. The models are named as "[model name]_[start time]_[end time].mat". Model-CH refers to Model-C, Model-CH-control refers to Model-C-control, Model-IH refers to Model-I, and model-IH-control refers to Model-I-control. ".mat" files that don't start with "Model" are used in the scripts discussed below. Z2 refers to zeta=2x10^7 m^-4 kg s. runme_steady_state_hydrology.m is a script for running steady-state GlaDS at the start of the initialization procedure. runme_thermal_model.m is a script for running the thermal model in the initialization procedure. runme_transient_simulations.m is a script used to run the models discussed in the paper.
