Technicians develop distinct environmental control and irrigation strategies tailored to different weather conditions. Utilizing the RIDDEER SYNOPTA system and cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the project achieves real-time monitoring and data acquisition of agricultural production environments. Collected key parameters include substrate environment, temperature, light intensity, relative humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration, which enable dynamic tracking of crop growth status and pest/disease infestation situations. Moreover, the system can operate various hardware facilities such as skylights, sun-shading curtains, heating pipelines, etc., to adjust environmental factors to preset values based on actual weather conditions and pre-defined strategies. By summarizing and analyzing optimal technical strategies under different climatic conditions via plant growth status and final yield, a glasshouse tomato cultivation dataset is constructed. This dataset provides accurate and scientific decision-making basis for production and operation, contributing to enhanced tomato production efficiency and product quality. The client has also actively promoted data sharing and openness: through collaborations with other agricultural enterprises, research institutions and other stakeholders, it shares agricultural data resources to jointly advance agricultural scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
