Infant BF520 was HIV infected at 3 months of age and subsequently developed a broadly-neutralizing antibody response. This study sequenced the variable regions of BF520's immunoglobulin genes (IgG, IgM, IgK, and IgL) at two timepoints: 1 week after birth (pre-infection) and 9 months after birth (6 months post-infection).
