Code and analysis dataset for: Climate variability, tree diversity and stand structure jointly regulate biomass carbon dynamics in two subtropical forest stands representing contrasting successional stages in eastern China

This dataset contains the analysis-ready data and R code used to reproduce the statistical analyses and figures reported in the associated manuscript submitted to Agricultural and Forest Meteorology.

Contents include: (i) analysis dataset(s) for GLMM and piecewise SEM, (ii) stand-/interval-level climate covariates used in the models, and (iii) R scripts to compute indicators, fit models, and generate outputs. A step-by-step reproduction guide and software/package information are provided in README.md.

Raw tree-level plot inventory data are not publicly available due to access restrictions and data-sharing agreements with the reserve/administrating authority. The shared files are derived/analysis-ready datasets sufficient to reproduce the results in the manuscript.
