To be able to generate the plots, you will need to download the 2.0 2D DIC challenge data from https://idics.org/challenge/. Ensure to check the any scripts before running, as the file paths may need to be updated. dic_chal_plate_hole: Pyvale data and plot scripts for the comparison of Pyvale to the experimental plate with a hole example in the 1.0 2D DIC challenge. Again, ensure to download the data from https://idics.org/challenge/ and check the scripts before running. scanning_electron_micro: This contains SEM images and DIC results from open-source codes. Other codes will need to be installed by the user. Please check DIC and plotting scripts before running, as file paths may need to be updated. Scripts used to generate the subset images can be found in scanning_electron_micro/data/image_subsets folder. Please consult other codes documentation for install instructions for your system. ideal_stretch: this contains the synthetic images and DIC results for an ideal edge case. The scripts will need to be checked before running, as file paths to installed DIC codes may need to be updated.
