MECHANISMS FOR TRAINING PERSONNEL BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

This thesis analyzes the issues of improving personnel training mechanisms in Uzbekistan based on the principles of innovative management. In the current conditions of globalization and the digital economy, the training of specialists who have modern knowledge and skills, are able to think innovatively and effectively operate in management processes is of urgent importance. The study studies the process of personnel training based on the basic principles of innovative management - systematicity, flexibility, the use of digital technologies, the development of creative thinking and effective management approaches. It also highlights the possibilities of training qualified personnel through the introduction of innovative management mechanisms in the education system, the use of modern pedagogical technologies, and the strengthening of the integration of science, production and education. As a result, it is substantiated that the development of a personnel training system based on innovative management serves the country's economic stability, competitiveness and development of human capital.
