长江中下游浅水湖泊是长江流域生态系统的重要组成部分,连接着长江河道、湿地和城市水体,在生态功能、污染治理和生物多样性保护等方面发挥着关键作用。微生物作为湖泊生态系统的基础,对湖泊的物质循环、能量流动和环境稳定性有着不可替代的作用。本数据集主要记录了2019至2022年间长江中下游数十个湖泊沉积物和水体环境微生物的DNA序列信息。样品主要在每年夏季采集,严格按照环境DNA采样方法在野外排除污染,冷冻保存后委托广东美格基因科技有限公司基因测序获得OTU结果和报告。本数据主要用于研究中国东部水体生态环境年分辨率的长期变化情况,对于人类活动干扰下湖泊水体的生物变化有重要参考价值。

The shallow lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are important components of the Yangtze River Basin ecosystem. They connect with the Yangtze River channels, wetlands and urban water bodies, and play a key role in ecological functions, pollution control and biodiversity conservation. Microorganisms, as the foundation of lake ecosystems, play an irreplaceable role in material cycling, energy flow and environmental stability of lakes. This dataset mainly records the DNA sequence information of environmental microorganisms in sediments and water bodies of dozens of lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from 2019 to 2022. Samples were mainly collected in summer each year, and strict environmental DNA sampling protocols were followed to avoid contamination during field collection. After cryopreservation, the samples were sent to Guangdong Magigene Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for gene sequencing, and the OTU results and reports were obtained. This dataset is primarily used to investigate long-term changes in the aquatic ecological environment of eastern China at annual resolution, and holds important reference value for studying biological changes in lake water bodies under human activity disturbances.
