Hydraulic Properties Degradation and Recovery: Model Outputs and LDA results

A compressed folder containing 448 *.Rdata files with environments from numerical simulations. Simulations with a common weather input are stored in the same subfolder, whereas those with the same model parameters share the same last three digits. For example, simulations 6803 and 6901 are contained in folder ‘e’, both modeled after case ‘e’ of McGrath et al. Simulation 4803 has the same model parameterization as 6803, but uses weather input from case ‘c’. The results of the linear discriminant analysis based on 3 clusters are also attached to this folder under LDA_3_.xlsx.
