We evaluated the prophylactic effect of 2B04, a monoclonal antibody targeting the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 with potent neutralizing activity against SARS-COV-2. Hamsters were treated with 2B04 (animal ID: B1, B3, B4) or isotype control (animal ID: C1, C2, C3) via intraperitoneal injection 24 hours prior to intranasal challenge with 10^5 TCID50 of SARS-COV-2 (strain BetaCoV/Hong Kong/VM20001061/2020, abbreviated as 61B4). NGS sequences of the stock virus and hamster lungs sampled at day 2 post-challenge were provided.
