Test for the code to calculate the Normalized Difference Soundscape Index

NDSI Test<br>========= This files in this folder are part of a test of the Normalized Difference Soundscape Index (NDSI) obtained with the original Matlab script, courtesy of Stuart Gage, and the R package soundecology: http://ljvillanueva.github.io/soundecology/ Each soundfile filename has the date and time, encoded as: LA##_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.wav Extract the files in sounds.zip file to run the test. The file M-R-Merge-60S.csv has the NDSI value obtained for each file, MAT-AUCC_NDSI is from the Matlab code, while Soundecology_NDSI is from R and soundecology. The file ndsi_test.R is the R script used to test the files.
