Mycoplasma bovis Whole Genome Sequences and RNA-Seq Data

We obtained short-read and long-read next-generation sequencing data for 11 field isolates of Mycoplasma bovis collected from cattle and constructed complete genome sequences. Furthermore, RNA-seq analysis was performed on two of the field strains and the reference strain PG45 to quantitatively evaluate differences in gene expression among the strains.
