Analysis and visualization scripts for all-atom and coarse-grained molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of the SARS-CoV-2 membrane (M) protein. Main_Scripts_to_Analyze_MD_Trajectories.tar includes every script used to directly gather appropriate quantites from MD trajectories, while Figure_Generation.tar consists of the resulting data needed and Jupyter Notebooks used for figure generation.
