**Pictavie service:** PICTAVIE is a service open since 2004. Its purpose is to receive and record malfunctions detected in the public space by users. He can be reached: - With a green number: 0 800 88 11 39 (free from a landline) - By email: pictavie@mairie-poitiers.fr Pictavie's agents record complaints and then forward them to the relevant business directorate for processing. The attached document contains the definition of anomalies. Since 2019, this service has gradually spread throughout the territory of Grand Poitiers. The resource centres (North, South and West) are in charge of recording anomalies reported on the municipalities of the urban community. No anonymous reports as well as any request for development on the road will be taken into account. All alerts are registered in an application and then transmitted to the corresponding services. An acknowledgement of receipt of the e-mail shall be sent to the reporting person. **Regarding this dataset:** Since 2014, this dataset has been tracking the number of anomalies recorded per month and their breakdown by business department concerned by the processing. It is produced annually, once year N-1 is closed.
