The correlation of gut microbiota and serum metabolites with Sasang constitution

In this study, metabolomic analysis with multivariate statistics was performed to examine the serum metabolic changes in human participants, which are divided into three groups (So-Yang, So-Eum and Tae-Eum) according to Sasang Constitution Medicine (SCM), Korean Traditional Oriental Medicine, that has bean an important tool in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
