series1_GSE147507: Differential gene expression of NHBE Cells (MOI 2.0) SARS-CoV-2 vs Mock control

Differentially expressed genes between SARS-Cov-2 (MOI 2.0) infected vs Mock control from NHBE cells with fold change, raw counts and normalized counts for each gene.<br> RNA-Seq reads (FASTQ) of biological triplicates from primary human bronchial epithelial (NHBE) cells, mock treated or infected with SARS-CoV-2 (USA-WA1/2020) (series1_GSE147507) were downloaded from NCBI SRA and data analysis was performed using CLC Genomics workbench (CLC v20). The reads were aligned to the human genome (hg38) with annotations (Ensemble v91) and then quantification and differential expression of genes between SARS-Cov-2 infected vs. mock control samples was performed. The differentially expressed genes were filtered by FDR P-value&lt;0.05 and uploaded here. <br>
